3:08 pm PST – Jordan was arrested Saturday on one count of aggravated battery against a medical professional. Since then, he has been released.

Here’s the deal … Jeffrey was at the Casa Amigos bar in Scottsdale when he “fell and hit his head,” police said. They say Jordan became combative with security by trying to escort him out of the bar for medical treatment.
The Scottsdale Police Department, which was in the area on an unrelated call, was called in to help. The police questioned the bar staff and ultimately ruled that the incident was “medical in nature” and not criminal in nature. An ambulance was called to transport JJ to the hospital.
After arriving at a local hospital, that’s when things would have changed.
Jeffrey is accused of assaulting hospital staff while they were treating him for the injury he sustained at the bar. A report was made at the hospital for aggravated assault, a serious crime.
As for Jeffrey, our sources tell us that he was confused and disoriented after the fall.
Jordan has NOT been arrested or charged with any crime. He has been hospitalized since this morning.
The police tell us that the relevant reports will be sent to the Maricopa County District Attorney’s Office … where they will review the case and determine if any charges are warranted.
