The examination found that the signature of actor Alexei Batalov Gitana Leontenko’s widow on the notarial consent to open a charitable foundation named after her husband does not correspond to hers. This was announced by the lawyer for the artist’s family Tatyana Kiriyenko in an interview with the Zvezda television channel.
“We did an examination and it turned out that Gitana Arkadyevna Leontenko’s signature was forged. That is, neither Gitana Leontenko, nor Maria Batalova, nor Nadezhda Batalova transferred the copyright to use Alexei Batalov’s name in the name of the foundation. This is where the issue of the lawsuit was born, ”said the lawyer.
Kiriyenko clarified that, according to the document that turned out to be falsified, the artist’s widow has civil, administrative and criminal responsibility for the activities of the organization. At the same time, according to the lawyer, false financial transactions were carried out in the fund, including with the budgetary funds of the city of Vladimir.
“According to his work (the fund – approx. “Lenta.ru”) there will be a separate judgment, that is, where exactly this money went and where it was spent. And Gitana Arkadyevna did not give any consent to the fund’s activities, ”added the lawyer.
It is noted that in the statement of claim, the Batalov family demanded to exclude the mention of the actor’s name from the name of the charity “Alexei Batalov Foundation”, as well as to collect more than 14 million rubles from the founder of the organization. Natalia Drozhzhina in favor of Gitana Leontenko and her daughter Maria. The court will consider the claim on October 12.
