Sinaloa.- A group of 7 tourists, all originating from Zacatecas, were rescued from drowning on Gaviotas 2 beach in the port of Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
The massive rescue was registered at approximately 3:45 am this Sunday in the area of Gaviotas 2 beach by elements of the Water rescue squad of the Municipal Police of Mazatlán.
When giving notice to the authorities that a group of bathers was being dragged by the current of the sea, municipal agents came immediately and with the support of jetski and lifeguards from the hotel they managed to rescue Armando “N”, Adwin “N”, Sergio ” N ”, Mario“ N ”, Erick“ N ”, Michel“ N ”and Mía“ N ”, from between 10 and 37 years, all from Zacatecas.

Fortunately, none required to be transferred to a hospital, as they only reported fatigue.
