Two Austrians have taken the first hurdle for an NFL opportunity.

With Leon Balogh and Leonel Misangumukini, two defenders of the Vienna Vikings are invited to the NFL International Combine in London. The same happens on October 12 at Tottenham Stadium.

There it is about the inclusion in the International Player Pathway Program of the NFL, through which two Austrians reached NFL teams with Sandro Platzgummer (New York Giants) and Bernhard Seikovits (Arizona Cardinals). They are both on their franchise practice team.

This time 44 athletes from 14 countries have been invited, including twelve each from Germany and Great Britain.

The next step would be a training camp in the United States, which Misangumukini arrived at last year.
